天方国古有神鸟名"菲尼司"(phoenix),

满五百岁后,集香木自焚,复从死灰中更生，鲜美异常，不再死。

此鸟即中国所谓凤凰：雄为凤，雌为凰。

凤凰是传说中的神鸟，叫声是仙界的音乐，而且色彩斑斓，法力无边。

涅槃，乃梵文nirvana的音译，意即灭渡、重生，佛教用以作为修习所要达到的最高理想境界。

   凤凰翔于九天的高傲，只落梧桐的执着，都令人神往。

不过最令人肃然起敬的是凤凰涅槃、浴火重生，将生与死在熊熊烈火中作个了断。

   传说中，当凤凰生命即将大限之时，便会集梧桐枝自焚，在烈火中新生，其羽更丰，其音更清，其神更髓，而且重生后它的法力会增大一倍。

凤凰涅槃，是残酷的美，更是希望的美。

它的美和它的执着已是一种极至，一种令人神往的境界。

它的重生，是建立在濒死的境地上，它必须经历烈火的煎熬和痛苦的考验，获得重生，并在重生中达到升华。

此典故寓意不畏痛苦、义无返顾、不断追求、提升自我的执着精神。

凤凰涅槃，一个执着而崇高的过程，一个美丽而忧伤的传说。

当凤凰从火中再次振翅冲天时，它的灿烂光芒照亮的又岂止是我们的双眼？

常使人跌入万劫不复之地的并非病魔，而是垮掉的意志。我得以重生，缘于在变幻莫测的世事里逐渐明朗的心志，以及乐观达天的心境。得到了新生，得到了自信、勇气与坚强，却失去了年少的那份纯真。不过，从未悔过，有失必有得，这正是成长的真缔！

    只有经历风雨后的彩虹更弥足珍贵，即使遭遇了再多的磨难与痛苦，也只当自己是一只等待涅槃的凤凰涅槃之后，所有的负面影响都会在烈火中消磨殆尽，在灰烬中，迎来更美好的重生！

    凤凰涅槃，浴火重生，这正是我所希翼的！
