Key Responsibilities

Co-develops with Head of Region, RSM and RDM a City Retail Development Plan which reflects retail and geographic strategies Regional Sales Manager Regional Distribution Manager

· Proactively seek right location of new POS opportunities by building strong real estate network in the region and negotiate with relevant parties

· Consistently improving the location and space of existing shops inside department store and shopping mall by building up strong network with management of these channels

· Manages the yearly retail rollout plan being well implemented

· Works closely with regional retail marketing and operation teams to realize the plan on time

· Ensures the activities of POS opening/upgrading to follow the defined company process
· updates the POS information on regular base to Retail Science who is managing POS database

经验与技术要求
· 1. Above 2 years management experience in China Distribution/sales related environment for multi-national consumer brand company
· 在跨国消费品牌公司中国区有过2年以上的渠道/销售管理经验
· 2. College Degree Above
· 大专以上学历
· 3. Fluent English speaking and writing
· 流利的英文书写与口语能力
· 4. Real estate experience is a plus
· 有房地产经验者佳
