Mission

- To search and develop a quality, brand building distribution network that is capable of generating sales

 Revenue that meet company financial projections as well as company strategic distribution plans.

Key Responsibilities

Planning

Co-develops with Head of Region, RSM and RDM a City Retail Development Plan which reflects retail and geographic strategies Regional Sales Manager Regional Distribution Manager

协助区域总经理，区域销售经理和区域发展经理制定反映门店发展战略的城市零售网点发展规划

·  Proactively seek right location of new POS opportunities by building strong real estate network in the region and negotiate with relevant parties

·  通过建立良好的区域性地产资源网络寻找新址位置，并负责和相关方谈判

·  Consistently improving the location and space of existing shops inside department store and shopping mall by building up strong network with management of these channels

·  通过街边店、百货与购物中心内店中店渠道的管理来不断改进与强化网络优势

·  Accordingly, coordinates & manages the timely execution of the plan by working closely with regional retail marketing team

·  通过与区域市场团队的紧密配合使得计划得到及时执行

·  Regularly updates the city retail development plan

·  定期更新城市零售店发展规划

Management

·  Manages the yearly retail rollout plan being well implemented

·  年度零售开店计划得到良好的实施

·  Manages real estate agency on systematic way

·  系统的管理地产中介商

·  Reports to upper sales management on market intelligence

·  向更高级别的销售管理者汇报市场信息

·  Works closely with regional retail marketing and operation teams to realize the plan on time

·  通过与区域零售的营销和运营团队紧密配合来实现计划的按时完成

Financial

·  Regional POS opening/upgrade target

财务要求

·  区域零售店开店与网点升级目标达成

System and Processes

·  Ensures the activities of POS opening/upgrading to follow the defined company process

·  updates the POS information on regular base to Retail Science who is managing POS database

系统与流程

 按照公司的要求流程来确保门店开业与升级

 定期更新门店信息，并通知管理门店信息数据库的retail science更新

Experience / Skills Required

经验与技术要求

· 1. Above 2 years management experience in China Distribution/sales related environment for multi-national consumer brand company

· 在跨国消费品牌公司中国区有过2年以上的渠道/销售管理经验

· 2. College Degree Above

· 大专以上学历

· 3. Fluent English speaking and writing

· 流利的英文书写与口语能力

· 4. Real estate experience is a plus

· 有房地产经验者佳
